The Alea School of Excellence is a gamified school system based on a skill tree. This secondary and higher education focuses on using the strengths of your cognitive, affective and psychomotoric skills to lead you into a bright future. Students gain points through achieving new skills. These points can then be exchanged for extracurricular courses. Using your skills and points you “climb” your way into a successful future. The Alea School of Excellence works together with enterprises of the Rilaoan archipelago to make sure that their students are being educated in subjects in which careers are accessible in Rilao, securing those highly desirable jobs after graduation.
The skill tree reacts in real-time to these job opportunities, resulting in an animated tree that has “branches” that extend upward, diverge or die off while you study. This gives you all the information you need to stay on top of this game.
